By accessing or using the Express Wagon platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our sourcing or logistics services.

2. Sourcing Services

We act as a sourcing intermediary between global buyers and Indian manufacturers. While we perform rigorous audits, Express Wagon is not the manufacturer of the goods. Quality claims are handled according to our QA framework and agreed-upon AQL standards.

3. Payment & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 7 days unless specified otherwise. We require a percentage-based deposit to initiate production, with the balance due upon successful QA inspection before dispatch.

4. Shipping & Liability

Logistics liability is governed by Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DDP) as specified in your proforma invoice. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or port congestion.

5. Intellectual Property

Any custom designs or private label specifications provided by the client remain the intellectual property of the client. Express Wagon ensures these designs are not shared with third parties outside the fulfillment chain.
